INVITATION FOR TECHNICAL BID FOR 2025 APPROVED CAPITAL PROJECT

1.0 INTRODUCTION
In compliance with the requirement of the Kaduna State Public Procurement Law 2016. The Zaria Local Government Council is desirous to undertake the execution of Capital Project under 2025 approved budget. The Local Government Council Invites Reputable, Interested and Competent companies to submit Technical Bid for the Projects below:

a. Renovation of PHC TudunJukun and Construction/Upgrading of wall fence at TudunJukun ward in Zaria Local Government Area.

2.0 BID REQUIREMENTS
i. Certificate of Registration with the Cooperate Affairs Commission.
ii. Certified true copy of Memorandum and Article of Association
iii. Evidence of provision of form CO2 and from CO7
iv. Evidence of payment of registration with Zaria Local Government Public Procurement Committee.
v. Evidence of current registration of business premises with Kaduna State Ministry of Commerce and Industry (if applicable).
vi. Evidence of Registration with the Kaduna State Public Procurement Authority (KADPPA).
vii. Evidence of current Certificate of compliance with the National Pension Commission
viii. Evidence of Current Certificate of compliance with Industrial Training Fund ITF.
ix. Evidence of current tax clearance certificate for 2022, 2023 and 2024.
x. A sworn Affidavit Disclosing whether or not any officer of Zaria Local Government is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the Bidder and confirm all information presented in as Bid are true and correct in all material particulars.
xi. Current litigation with the company.
xii. Any other information that would be relevant.

SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENT.
Interested bidder can submit their Technical bidding documents for the project at Zaria Local Government Secretariat.

i. The documents should be enclosed in sealed tempered-proof envelope indicating the Projects at the top right hand corner of the envelope and addressed to:
Legal officer.
Zaria Local Government Council,
Zaria City.
ii. The documents should be submitted at the Legal Office, Zaria Local Government Council, Madaki Aliyu Shehu Idris Secretariat.
iii. Closing date and time of all submission is 12:00pm, 28th January, 2026.
Note: Late submission will not be entertained.

BIDs OPENING:
Opening of Received documents will commence at 1:00pm of 28th January, 2026. At Zaria Local Government Council Chamber, MadakiAliyuShehuIdris Secretariat, Zaria City.
